PRODUCTS
Specialized Solutions' branded products are designed to meet the training objectives of industry known certifications. We provide certifications that are sponsored by organizations and corporations, such as Microsoft, Cisco and CompTIA (The Computing Technology Industry Association). We provide cost-effective distance learning solutions to successfully train prospective students for a new career in Information Technology or to meet the continuing education objectives in the Information Technology industry, as well as the certification exam. Specialized has produced over 500 titles geared towards industry certification, including videotapes, Computer-based training, web-based training, student and instructor manuals as well as practice exam simulators. All courses meet the requirements for
certification offered by Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco and others.

PAST PERFORMANCE REFERENCES:
· Microsoft Corporation: Microsoft contracted with Specialized Solutions to develop Microsoft’s official curriculum for A+ Certification. This project consisted of converting our existing courseware to meet the needs of Microsoft Press. The scope of the project included test question development, the development of multimedia simulations, and AVI training aid enhancements. In this unique agreement with Microsoft, Specialized Solutions licensed the content for Microsoft’s use. This product is now available around the world in five different languages.

· HeathKit Educational Systems: As an industry leader in Vocational Education, HeathKit Educational Systems was challenged with the requirements of converting text-based instructor-led curriculum into updated delivery methods. At the request of their clients (more than 5000 Vocational Schools across the United States), HeathKit contracted with Specialized Solutions to develop an interactive computer-based solution for its 1970s technology courseware. In this project we converted content that was still applicable in the year 2000, authored additional content, and provided state-of-the-art interactive activities, utilizing all of the latest technologies to stimulate the student’s learning experience.

· Applied Technologies: Converted their existing PC Technician training course into a 180-day academic curriculum. This course was designed to be utilized by an instructor in a classroom or as a stand-alone, self-paced training course. In addition to the initial consulting, curriculum development, and project management, Specialized Solutions was responsible for the implementation of a train-the-trainer program to ensure the successful curriculum integration into the school districts.

· Minolta Business Solutions: Developed an Internet assisted self-study program for both A+ and Network+ certifications. This customized program included computer-based training, web-based testing, and approved text books that integrated Minolta products into the CompTIA Certification programs, to prepare service reps for the exams thoroughly train them in both theory and real-world applications.
